All monetary transactions on bb678 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bb678 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Currency conversion is not offered or supported on the platform.

bb678's total aggregate liability to any player under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bb678 operates as a platform primarily serving users in Bangladesh and conducts its operations in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

In the event of any dispute between a player and bb678, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties may seek resolution through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. bb678 shall cooperate fully with any lawful investigation or regulatory inquiry.

bb678 does not represent or warrant that the games and services available on the platform are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each player to verify that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to them.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
